Costs and delivery times

All shipments within Mexico are free . The estimated delivery time is 3 to 5 business days.

All shipments to the United States or Canada have a fixed cost of $600 Mexican pesos. The estimated delivery time is 5 to 8 business days

The estimated delivery time and cost depend on the shipping area and the number of pairs to be ordered.

 
Tracking guide

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a tracking guide for your product. With this information you can follow the delivery of your CARMONA shoes.

 

*In case of having registered the wrong address and if the package returns to our address, the second shipment will be charged according to the rate established by the parcel.

Import taxes

All our shipments are made from Mexico. In international shipments, import taxes may be charged when your package arrives at the destination country. These charges and taxes are considered the responsibility of the client and will not be covered by Carmona.
