International Returns

We hope you love your CARMONA shoes, that's why we strive so that all our products are of the highest quality and to provide you with the necessary information to make your choice. Also, because all shipments have an environmental impact, we hope to minimize returns. However, we understand that this may happen, so we make returns under the following specifications:

  • You can request a return within the first 5 calendar days from the receipt of your order, by email contact@carmonacollection.com

  • We will only accept the return of products that have not been used, with the sole and the upper part intact, without washing, without odor, with all its accessories and with the original box.

  • In case of requesting a return, the cost of shipping the product will be absorbed by the customer, according to the rate established by the parcel.

  • The client is responsible for the product until it reaches the offices of the Carmona Collection.

  • In case of return by defect, you have up to 20 days to request it, in which case CARMONA COLLECTION will absorb the cost of returning the product, regardless of the cost of the product or if the product was purchased under any promotion. After the 20 days have passed, no refunds can be made.

  • To make a return, photographs of the upper and lower part of the shoe, showing that it has no use, should be sent to the mail to be evaluated. In case of return by defect, a photo must be sent showing and showing the defect.

  • In case you have registered the wrong address and if the package returns to our address, you will be charged for the second shipment according to the rate established by the parcel.

  • The shipping cost and import taxes that you have had to pay when purchasing an item, will not be refunded when requesting a return.

  • Only, in a return by defect, Carmona Collection will refund the shipping cost paid when making the purchase on our website.

  • In international purchases changes are not accepted.

  • The monetary refund will be made once the product has arrived at the Carmona Collection offices.
